The App

The App is a single-player game published by Mikalai Kuts. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with any other game, studio or brand.

Free play and Atelier Pro

The first order is free. Atelier Pro unlocks every fabric, trim and style and unlimited orders. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly; the price is shown in the App before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless we told you about a change in advance.
• Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
• If a free trial is ever offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Your content

Dresses you design stay on your device. You may share images of them as you like.

Changes and availability

We may update the App, change its content or prices, or stop offering it. Subscription price changes follow Apple’s rules, including notifying you in advance.

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
